Oh dear, It's Much Higher Than I Thought! by smallsofthamish Oh dear, It's Much Higher Than I Thought! by smallsofthamish
Shadow, having spotted some birds high in the tree, sets off up the tree only to discover that she's a bit out of her comfort zone!

She is gorgeous and she always has those big eyes! She often gets herself into difficult situations: she is a climber and doesn't think things through - it's act first and then think!! :D

She's more careful thans our other cat! She fell out of a climbing hydrangea (plant growing up the wall of the house) last week and looked very embarrassed! :D

It doesn't stop her climbing! :D She's just a bit clumsy for a cat but she is a great hunter: she is always bringing us gifts of mice, some of them still alive! :sprint:

Maybe she gives you alive mice as she wants you to play with them! :D

Maybe!! :D If we try to "play" with it she dives in and catches it again. She brought a live one in a few days ago which escaped and hid under chairs etc. Amber (the cat) lost interest and we had no idea where it had gone! Hours later it appeared but again ran off and disappeared. We had to bring the cat back in to find it!! All ended happily, Amber found the mouse, my husband managed to get it off her and it was returned safely to the garden! :phew:
