They are aren't they! They are even more beautiful when she is in the shade and the pupils are dilated. Her eyes then look really big (as in this one fav.me/d5kzy6c) Thanks for noticing and commenting.
Maybe!! If we try to "play" with it she dives in and catches it again. She brought a live one in a few days ago which escaped and hid under chairs etc. Amber (the cat) lost interest and we had no idea where it had gone! Hours later it appeared but again ran off and disappeared. We had to bring the cat back in to find it!! All ended happily, Amber found the mouse, my husband managed to get it off her and it was returned safely to the garden!
She's very cute with her black spot on the nose and everything, I think. Not very elegant? I can imagine that. I remember when one of my cats thought it was a good idea to always try to climb down from trees with his head first. There's just no elegant way of falling on your face.
